Job Responsibilities
- Focus on CIL updates and ZDHC MRSL chemical management during procurement, storage, and usage.
- Prepare RAS and review recipes as per H&M, Levi’s, and other brand standards.
- Ensure QA chemical testing for D/S, Q/S, C/S & P/S.
- Prepare TRF for different stages such as Brand assortment, OPD, and Seasons.
- Ensure compliance with CPSIA, REACH, ECHA, CAD, and CMRD regulations.
- Implement Screen chemistry guidelines with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Update SOPs to meet AFIRM RSL and brand-specific guidelines.
- Conduct in-house Formaldehyde spot testing.
- Ensure adherence to CFW guidelines for dyeing, washing, and printing.
- Manage chemical data entry and validation for brand requirements.
- Analyze and summarize data for chemical compliance reports.
- Conduct HIGG FEM self-assessments.
- Manage data for brands like H&M PD, Inditex, Levi’s, Kmart, Auchan, and Benetton.
- Monitor wastewater and air emissions as per ZDHC, Detox, and DoE guidelines.
- Provide logistical support for legal compliance.
- Promote efficient resource management aligned with EU CSDDD & Paris Agreement.
- Perform any dyeing, chemical, or audit tasks as assigned by management.
Required Educational Qualifications
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related fields

The candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain and improve environmental standards within the organization, ensuring compliance with global regulations and brand expectations.
