
Assist the HR Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the HR department.
Support in policy development, implementation, and enforcement.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new staff.
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with labor laws.
Handle disciplinary actions and employee grievances professionally.
Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records in coordination with the finance team.
Assist in organizing training and development programs.
Liaise with government and regulatory bodies (e.g., NSI, SB, BIDA, Immigration, Ministry of foreign affairs Office) for HR compliance and labor-related issues.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
Promote a positive organizational culture aligned with company values.
