Reply to customer inquiries about Panjabi size, color, availability, price, delivery, etc.
Remove spam, offensive, or irrelevant comments from online pages.
Keep track of customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
Polite and sincere in customer service.
Must have good communication skills.
Proficient in computer and mobile operations.
Willing to work in shift-based schedules.
