1. Oversee and manage the entire production process from planning to execution 2. Ensure production targets are met on time while maintaining quality standards
3. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in coordination with the management
4. Identify and resolve production issues or delays proactively

Education: Minimum HSC Pass

Applicants must have experience in the following areas :
1. Supervising and managing the entire production process
2. Monitoring fabric cutting, sewing, finishing, and packaging units
3. Ensuring timely production while maintaining quality standards
4. Coordinating with the store, procurement, and quality control teams
